News: Capcom unveils newest Street Fighter IV combatant

Capcom on Wednesday unveiled the latest Street Fighter IV challenger: El Fuerte, which of course in German means "the giant whale." Kidding, it's Spanish for Mr. Strong! (More accurately, "The strong one.")
