They Thirst For Blood: Midway Get Class Action Suits Up The Wahzoo
The world has gone lawsuit mad. That, or it's class action week at Kotaku Tower. Lawyers' first drinks (basic spirits and house beers only) are free. Gamasutra bring word that Midway, who "forgot" to tell shareholders they were slowly sinking down the financial can, have been hit with a ton of class action suits. At least four, actually. They also accuse execs, including CEO David Zucker, of insider trading. This one doesn't have happy ending written all over it. If anything was written on it, it would include the words "shady", "angry", "mob" and probably "gallows".
