MACHINE ANIMATION: Red v Blue Signing Off
Red vs Blue, the seminal machinima series, is about to wind up and call it a day. Tomorrow night will see the guys at Rooster Teeth publish the 100th, and final episode in the series, no doubt to gentle, salty tears from Halo fans across the globe.
Creator Michael Burns says of the finale: "[it's] the biggest one we've ever done, but The Sopranos stole our ending, so we had to change it completely". Ah, wise-cracking to the very end. Well, almost the end. They'll still be knocking out occassional specials; this is just the conclusion of the main storyline.
So cheer up! It's not really the end! It's just...sort of the end.
