Bust Them Up: Ant Commandos Shareholders Demand Their Ultimate Destruction
The Ant Commandos, makers of average Guitar Hero peripherals, they love them some lawsuits. First they were sued by RedOctane, then Activision, and now their own shareholders are taking action. 50% of their shareholders (Topway Electrical Appliances and Diana Yu) are asking for the courts to dissolve the company, stop its operations and sell off its assets.
The Ant Commandos are alleged to have, among other things, kept shoddy books, spent company cash on luxury rides and engaged in a little fraud. Under California law, where the suit has been filed, the courts actually have the power to bust them up, so hopefully they can put them out of their misery and end this soap opera. It's not like the wireless guitar was even any good. It wasn't! It was rubbish!
