Cue Steam Bitching: Tomb Raider Anniversary Gets Steamy
Eidos, a publisher well-represented on the Steam platform, is bringing Tomb Raider Anniversary to Valve's digital distribution service with pre-orders (and pre-loads) kicking off today. Like its more traditional paper and plastic sister releases, the download of the eleventh anniversary of Lara's original PC, PlayStation and Saturn outing will cost $29.95 USD and be available to play on June 5 in North and South America. According to Valve, other unspecified regions will get the game a few days earlier on June 1.
I'll hold off for the PS2 version, as I'm sadly well below the "recommended" PC specs for the game. Imagine that, owning a PC that can't handle Tomb Raider. Truly at rock bottom.
