Kick In: Good PR: Harmonix Stump Up Cash For Fansite
You play Guitar Hero, you like comparing dick sizes, you've probably been to ScoreHero.com once or twice. It's like Twin Galaxies, but for bedroom axemen, where everyone's high scores can be posted, compared, dissected, applauded and/or snickered at.
Anyways, as Guitar Hero's become more popular, so has ScoreHero, to the point where they needed all-new servers and gear to cope with the demand. $10,000 worth, to be exact. Which is a lot of cash, and while fan donations made a big dent in it, a $2000 donation from Harmonix didn't hurt either. Harmonix President Alex Rigopulos:
