Gaze Into Teh Future: PACHTER WATCH: Ubisoft Underrated

pachterkickinit.jpgUbisoft's end-of-year financials aren't due for another week, but that won't stop super-analyst Michael "once was a teenaged analyst" Pachter from predicting how things are going to pan out. And if you're a believer in Pachter's prophetic ways, it's time to buy stocks in Ubisoft, because he thinks things are lookin' up:

We can only conclude that Ubisoft shares are seriously undervalued, as the market does not appreciate the company's potential to grow faster than the market and deliver contribution margins in line with its peers.

He says the value of their currently-owned brands, coupled with the introduction of new IPs like Assassin's Creed, and their focus on creating their own franchises, means they'll soon be kicking all kinds of ass. All kinds.
