EA Gets A Record Label
Before you ask, no, I don't know why either. But done it they have: EA have teamed up with Canadian label Nettwerk One Music (who they already have existing "arrangements" with) to bring you a new record label: Artwerk. Yes, readers, I'm groaning right along with you.
They've already signed Junkie XL, who has been hard at work on EA soundtracks for a few years now anyways. Good luck to them both. Not sure why EA felt the need to move into music, since they already flog their soundtracks on iTunes, but hey, who am I to tell them when and how they can oveereach themselves.
