Half-Life 2 Ep. 2, Portal, Team Fortress 2 Delayed
Valve's Dough Lombardi sat down with the kids at Game Informer and dropped a bit of bad news (don't worry, its nestled among all sorts of good news and tasty info tidbits): the next episode in the trilogy of expanded episodes Half-Life 2 won't make it's "holiday 2006" ship date. Yep, a Valve delay. I hope you were sitting down for that one.
That means that all the hot and sexy bonus content like Portal and Team Fortress 2 also won't hit Steam and store shelves until sometime in early 2007. Say it with me now: NOOOOOOOO!!!
On the positive tip, Lombardi clues us in to details on updated character classes in TF2, how the PS3 and Xbox 360 HL2 ports are coming along, and teases us with hints about how Portal ties in with Half-Life 2 Episode 3 (and beyond?).
