Voice-Cracking and Awkward, Msoft Unsure About Japan

Things have been rough for the Xbox 360 in Japan, sure, but that's no reason to give up, Microsoft! There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it's not an oncoming train. Darren Huston, leader of Microsoft's Japan unit, acknowledged the difficulty of winning over customers.
Globally we are doing very well but Japan has always been tough. We launched early and with not enough Japan-specific content... I can't say I'm beaming with confidence in Japan.
It's like trying to pick someone up, Darren. If you're all sweaty and looking at your shoes as you try to put the moves on some sweet thing, there's no way you're going to score. Confidence! Speak clearly, stand up straight and believe that you can win over any gamer. At this point, delusions can be an asset.
