Wii Drops November 6th? Yup, Says Kiddie Sports Mag
According to Sports Illustrated for Kids, the Wii will drop in America November 6th. Besides wondering what SI for Kids is doing covering video games (and not sports games), one must curious where this November 6th date came from.
Likewise, game site Cubed 3 reports an insider says the Wii will launch on November 6th. Whether this is from a regular SI for Kids reader or actually an insider isn't known, but he or she did point out:
Nintendo aren't going to have an exact date in mind until they are sure they can meet the deadlines. They are very keen to be ready in time.
So that's not necessarily the final launch date, but does give a ballpark figure. Regardless, with "leaks" like this appearing in SI for Kids, we've just renewed our subscriptions to Highlights for Children and Boy's Life.
