Melee Weapons
While playing a game, press Select, then hold L1 + R1 + Square and press Left. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound and a message will appear. Repeat the code to disable its effect.
God Mode
During gameplay, press Select, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Square and press Left.
Heavy weapons
Press Select during game play, then hold L2 + R2 + Square and press Left. A message and sound will confirm correct code entry. Repeat the code to switch off the effect.
Hand to hand weapons and explosives
Press Select during game play, then hold L1 + R1 + Square and press Left. A message and sound will confirm correct code entry. Repeat the code to switch off the effect.
No gravity
Press Select during game play, then hold L1 + L2 + R2 + Left + Square and press Start. A message and sound will confirm correct code entry. Repeat the code to switch off the effect.
No clipping
Press Select during game play, then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + Square and press Left. You may now walk through walls. Repeat the code to turn clipping off.
Invincibility
Press Select during game play, then hold R1 + L1 + R2 + L2 + Square and press Left. Repeat the code to disable its effect.
Full ammunition
Press Select during game play, then hold R1 + Square and press Left.

To enter these cheats you must put difficulty as “custom” and then set cheats to “on”
Also after entering the god mode cheat if you try to enter another cheat the ps2 freezes, at least with my experience
